I'm Rodrigo Silva. For the past 8+ years, I've had the pleasure of helping people build companies, develop brands, and digital products — most recently leading product design at Navro, a cross-border payments platform out of London.

I enjoy working through messy product challenges, collaborating closely with teams, and turning complexity into experiences that feel thoughtful, scalable, and alive.

Outside of my day-to-day, I enjoy producing music, playing games, coffee, and taking photos with my analog camera.

Led end-to-end design for Navro's Payments and Compliance experiences as the sole designer across both domains, shaping critical parts of a complex B2B fintech platform. Worked closely with Product and Engineering to define solutions in highly ambiguous, regulated environments. Later expanded scope to oversee the broader product experience, improving consistency and scalability across the platform.
